Hi, I’m Pete - an industrial designer who loves creating thoughtful, beautifully crafted products. I see the world as a collection of puzzles to solve. Whether it’s figuring out how to make something work, refining a design for elegance, or cracking the challenge of delivering real value to customers, I thrive on turning complexity into simplicity.
I enjoy blending creativity and technical know-how, there is nothing more satisfying than bringing an idea to life. From hands-on prototyping to digital problem-solving, I believe great design happens when curiosity meets craftsmanship.
When I’m not immersed in design, you’ll usually find me renovating an old house. Alongside Will, we create meaningful, functional solutions.

Hi, I’m Will - a designer, engineer, and unapologetic perfectionist based in Switzerland.
You can find me living between mountain and lake, almost in the oblivion riding my motorcycle while drinking Swiss milk, because you know, it’s so good!
I love creating cool, precision-driven stuff that blends creativity with engineering.
I thrive at the intersection of craft and technology whether it’s fabricating something tangible in the workshop or doing advanced digital modelling pushing pixels on a screen.
To me, it’s all about turning ambitious ideas into beautiful, functional realities.
With Pete, we are an effective team.
Let’s build!
WHO ARE MILLIMETRIC DESIGN
mmD is a design and consultation studio established in London in 2023 and split between England and Montreux, Switzerland.
Our way of thinking lets us move from the conceptual to the functional and physical. We value perfection, form and intention over appearance alone. Our past design projects have included bespoke pieces for Cartier or the sensory experience in the Living Room for Random Intenational.
We consult, design and make objects, systems, and experiences starting from the principle of making logic, form, and meaning speak the same language. Our approach is analytical and intuitive, architectural and experimental — we map, we model, we deconstruct, we reconstruct until the ‘problem’ is the ‘solution’.

As well as working on bespoke projects we have our own Design Shop with products we felt filled a gap in the market - things we desired but could not find.
“draht_431” a hand grip crafted from stainless steel, specifically for Leica cameras - Born from real-world use and frustration, offering ergonomics with no compromising on aesthetics and some “je ne sais quoi”.
“Foundry” a handcrafted, automatic wrist- watch developed because Pete wanted a durable, rugged but sophisticated timepiece you could wear as a dress or field watch.

We love collaborating with people who want incredible and at times, ambitious products, doing exactly what they need to do in the space they need to do it in and stand the test of time.
